SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

How to Return
 

1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the return authorization form and a copy of your receipt.

3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

 

Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate the desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

1. Intimates and swimwear

2. Custom or personalized items

3. Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
